We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange process is straightforward and built around authenticity, condition, and timely service.

Return Window

    - Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier proof of delivery). - Exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. - A clear returns window also appears on each product page.

Eligibility & Condition

    - Item must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition. - All original packaging, tags, accessories, and our tamper-evident security seal must be intact and attached. - Any signs of wear (odors, makeup, pet hair, stretching, washing) may lead to denial or partial refund. - Footwear-style items or lined mesh must include the original dust bag or inner packaging if supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

    - Final sale or marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout. - Gift cards. - Underwear and swim liners once the hygiene seal is removed. - Custom-altered items. - Items missing our security seal or authenticity tag.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Visit our Contact page or email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
  2. Approval & RMA: We’ll confirm eligibility and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Place the item in original packaging with all materials and the RMA inside. Keep the security seal intact.
  4. Ship: Use a trackable service. You’re responsible for loss until the package is scanned delivered.

Tip: Keep your receipt and tracking number until your refund is issued.

Return Shipping & Fees

    - Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective. - Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in your RMA. - A reasonable restocking fee may apply if components are missing or repackaging is required (we’ll notify you before processing).

Refunds

    - Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. - Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. - If the return doesn’t meet eligibility criteria, we’ll contact you with options (return to you, partial refund, or store credit).

Exchanges

    - Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time we receive your return. - To secure a specific item/size, you may place a new order and process the original as a standard return.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    - Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. - Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. - We’ll provide a prepaid label if confirmed defective or incorrect.

International Returns

    - Mark your shipment “Return to Sender – Merchandise Return.” You’re responsible for duties/taxes charged on return shipments due to improper declaration. - Refunds are issued in USD; currency conversion differences and bank fees are not covered.

Pre-orders & Special Releases

    - Pre-order cancellations are allowed before shipment unless specified otherwise on the product page. - For highly limited releases, all sales may be final; see product page notes.

Gifts & Store Credit

    - Gift returns are eligible for store credit to the original purchaser or, upon request, to a new recipient account after verification.

Authentication & Security Seal

Every item is authenticated before listing. We attach a tamper-evident ID that must match your listing photos. For returns, this seal must be intact and unaltered.

Holiday & Extended Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year, provided all standard eligibility criteria are met.
