• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier delays are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and our security seal intact.
• Unauthorized or late returns may be refused.

8. Authenticity & Product Condition

• We authenticate each pair with label, print, construction, and source checks. Many listings include a tamper-evident ID matching the photos.
• Unless otherwise noted, items are new or like-new; any variance will be disclosed in the product description.

9. Product Information & Sizing

• Colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting. We provide close-up photos where relevant.
• Refer to garment measurements (waist, rise, inseam, leg opening) for best fit. Mesh is more flexible; twill/denim fit more exact at the waist.

10. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Exclusions may apply to collaborations or limited items.
• Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

11. User Content & Reviews

• By submitting content (reviews, photos), you grant reginaldkapp.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for marketing and site operation.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. We may remove or edit content at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

• BAPE®, A BATHING APE®, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners (including NOWHERE Co., Ltd.). reginaldkapp.org is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by A Bathing Ape.

13. Prohibited Activities

• Using the site for fraudulent activity or to violate any law.
• Interfering with site security or attempting to access unauthorized areas.

18. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in New York, NY.
• Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. You and reginaldkapp.org waive any right to a jury trial.
• Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in New York County, NY, instead of arbitration.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident outside the U.S., you may benefit from mandatory provisions of your local law.

20. Changes to the Terms
