UK & European Union

Processing & Cutoff

Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking & Updates

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order departs. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the U.S., and DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx internationally. The optimal carrier is selected based on speed, reliability, and address type.

Address Changes

If your order hasn’t shipped, email [email protected] immediately. We can’t modify addresses once a label is created or a package is in transit.

Signature on Delivery

Orders over $400 may require an adult signature upon delivery. Contact us before shipment if you need to request or waive a signature (availability varies by carrier and destination).

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS services. Express options and oversized items may be unavailable for these addresses.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees on arrival (DDU). These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless specified.

Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and next steps. Save all packaging and contents for claims.

Split Shipments

To ship your order as quickly as possible, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

Estimated ship windows appear on product pages. Orders containing pre‑order items may wait to ship complete or ship separately depending on availability.

Packaging

We use protective, recyclable materials. Garments are bagged and boxed or mailed in heavy‑duty mailers to preserve condition and print quality.

Shipping FAQ

Tracking is issued automatically when your label is created and the parcel is handed off. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
At this time we ship all orders and do not offer local pickup.
We may split shipments to speed up delivery at no additional cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each package.
First, check with household members, neighbors, and your building’s mailroom. If still missing, contact the carrier and email [email protected] within 7 days for assistance.
We can ship to forwarding addresses; however, responsibility transfers once delivered to the forwarder. Please ensure accurate documentation with your forwarder.
